Jon on the stage at Harper Adams for his Masters degree (MSc) with Merit in Rural Environment and Land Management last Friday.His 20,000 word dissertation: "Can a lowland farming business be re-structured using agri-environment schemes in order to provide economic, environmental and social benefit?" was awarded Distinction and a mark of 91%!
The Farmers Weekly Awards are fast approaching and we have got our fingers crossed for him. Jon is also a finalist in the BBC Radio 4 Food and Farming Award for Farmer of the Year and the BBC are coming to both judge and record for radio here soon.
